Emeralds Touch BBQ started as a food truck — a pastor, a smoker, and a belief that feeding people is an act of love. What began with slow-smoked barbecue and a passion for serving the community has grown into a welcoming restaurant on River Road. Today, we continue to bring people together with hearty portions, scratch-made sides, warm hospitality, and the same commitment to quality that started it all.
